> Acqora is a marketplace for buying and selling profitable internet startups and small SaaS products. Listings show real revenue data, with revenue verification through read-only Stripe, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy connections. Buyers browse verified financials, save listings, watch listings, send offers and messages, and close deals through Escrow.com. Founders submit their startup, claim it, verify revenue from their own payment provider, and can pay for one-time visibility boosts.

Each listed startup has a page at `https://acqora.com/startup/{slug}` containing:

- Name, tagline, category and website link.
- Monthly revenue (MRR), revenue history chart, asking price when for sale, and profit margin when reported.
- Revenue verification status: listings verified against the founder's own payment provider are marked as verified; others are self-reported.
- Founder profile pages link from startup pages at `https://acqora.com/founder/{id}`.

## How listings work

- Founders submit their startup and verify ownership by claiming it.
- Verified revenue is read directly from a restricted, read-only key the founder creates in their own payment provider account (Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy). Acqora never gets access to move funds.
- Listings without verification are self-reported.
- Revenue figures are monthly (MRR) unless noted.

## Buying and selling

- Buyers can create a free account to save listings, track watchlists, message founders and make offers.
- Founders get a dashboard with an inbox to reply to buyer messages and offers.
- Offers and messaging happen on Acqora; closing is arranged by the parties.
- Escrow: deals can be closed through Escrow.com as the fund holder. Escrow costs 5% of the deal value, split evenly between buyer and seller (2.5% each), included automatically in the escrow amounts.

## Paid visibility (one-time, for founders)

- AI visibility boost (makes the listing more likely to appear in AI matching and recommendations): $79.
- Side-panel sponsor placement for 7 days: $399.
