About Acqora

Real numbers. Real buyers. Real deals.

Buying a startup used to mean buying a spreadsheet. Sellers typed in a revenue number, buyers squinted at screenshots, and every deal started with the same question: is this real?

Acqora removes that question. Every listing on Acqora connects a read-only key to the founder's actual billing provider — Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or Chargebee — and the revenue shown on the page is reconciled against live account data. A listing is either Verified or it says Self-reported. Nothing in between.

For sellers

Founders list their startup in about two minutes, connect a restricted read-only key that can see revenue and nothing else, and get a page worth sharing — charts, verified numbers, and warm exposure to buyers hunting in their category. Listing is free for the founding cohort.

For buyers

Browse thousands of live SaaS and online businesses, filter by revenue, multiple and category, compare candidates side by side, make offers, and close through Escrow.com — a licensed third party that holds the funds until the assets are transferred. Acqora never touches the money.

How we make money

When a deal closes through Acqora, we charge a broker fee of 5% of the sale price, split evenly between buyer and seller, collected automatically inside the Escrow.com transaction. We also sell optional promotion for listings — a fixed one-time price, clearly labelled, never a ranking scheme. Verified status can't be bought.
